San Antonio


This site is located on Albion Island in the floodplain of the secondary channel of the Hondo River towards the north-eastern side of the village San Antonio (Bloom et al. 1983). Puleston began excavating the site in 1973 and continued in 1974. The macro-botanical maize fragments collected at the site comprised 68% of the total botanical sample.
