This site was occupied from the Locona phase, beginning ca. 1700 calBC, through to the Conchas phase, ca. 850 calBC. Maize and other plant macro-remains were recovered from flotation samples collected from Suboperation 1d and are currently being analyzed by Amber VanDerwarker. Maize has been found in deposits from all of the phases spanning the entire occupation (Rosenswig 2010).
