This is a Middle Woodland Mississippian site located in Moultrie County, Illinois. Havana pottery and several Zea mays cob fragments were recovered at the site by Gardner (Conard et al. 1984:445). The Zea mays cupules were stored in the Illinois State Museum and were provided for radiocarbon dating.
